Q: Anybody has a rough estimate range of yearly local real estate tax in Italy? especially around the lake region?
A: Property tax is very low compare to your one. ICI is much less than the 1% of the value... and the value is much less than the cost of the house. anyway... for a 200.000ish home, ICI will be 300ish
