Fixation of pay after implementation of sixth pay commission.?

Q: My basic pay as on 1.1.06 is 7500 in Gr. 6500-10500 with increment in August, I was promoted on 26.2.2007 in Gr. 7500-12000 and opted for fixation of pay on next increment i.e. August -2007. Now after implementation of Sixth Pay commission, whether I should again opt for fixation of pay from next increment after promotion? Or it will be automatic. i.e. my pay will be fixed as on 1.1.06 as per Sixth Pay commission with Grade pay Rs. 4200 and on promotion on 26.2.2007 in Grade Pay 4800. In case of fixation of pay on promotion on 26.2.2007, when I will due for next increment whether in July 07 or July 08. In another case, if I opt for fixation of pay from next increment on promotion, whether it will be admissible.
