Q: 2 weeks past I predicted fireworks over Lichtenstein, altho there was only one case of financial skulduggery. Now the furore is worldwide : USA and others are demanding transparency and Germany has found (at last count) E200million illegally stashed there Thanks all. sazm82 : A good idea, but I'm not infallible - I thought Pervez would go down the shute, but he didn't : he held on and held free and fair elections and leaves honourably (in my eyes, altho it's hard to find Pakis who like him). My mistake was to forget that he controlled the military, which DID support him. scooby-do, gordon and ollie : sorry, I didn't get round to these predictions: problem is that I usually speak with the authority of personal experience : I've been to all these places and got the low-down on the spot. That's not so easy always - esp in the orient, where people are reluctant to talk to strangers. But I've been to Lichtenstein (worked for a Jewish friend who lives there, lucky blighter !!)
